Lakeway Arts Committee meetings will take place in the library of the Lakeway Activity Center.
The Lakeway community is invited to a special Parks Town Hall on Thursday, Dec. 7 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Lakeway Activity Center to view renderings and offer feedback on a variety of proposed city-wide parks projects. City Manager Joseph Molis and Parks & Recreation Director Andra Bennett will kick off the town hall meeting at 6:30 p.m. with a brief introduction and overview of the projects. Then, the community will be able to visit different stations to take a look at some of the proposals. The feedback collected will help Lakeway City Council and staff decide how to prioritize these projects for a possible parks bond in 2024. Here are some of the locations of the proposed projects that the community will be able to view renderings of, and provide feedback for: Butler (Rough Hollow) Park Hurst Creek Greenbelt Lakeway Activity Center Lakeway City Park Lakeway Swim Center Live Oak Tennis Courts and Park North Lakeway Greenbelt Smith Greenbelt
