The Finance Department manages and maintains the City’s financial records in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles and in compliance with state and federal laws. We are committed to providing excellent service to both our internal and external customers with the highest degree of reliability and timeliness.
Financial Transparency
The City of Lakeway is committed to providing complete transparency and openness in the day-to-day management and business affairs of its local government. We believe in providing our taxpayers with the information necessary to make informed decisions about the financial stability of the City. As such, the City's Finance Department has made detailed financial information easily accessible to promote transparency and accountability as well as to provide a thorough understanding of the City's finances by its citizens and taxpayers.
