A MESSAGE FROM MAYOR SANDY COX

  1. Welcome to our beautiful city!

I’m honored to serve as the first female Mayor for Lakeway, and it’s a place I’ve been very happy to call home for two decades. I am proud of our staff, residents and many volunteers who continue to keep our city thriving. Nestled in the western corner of Travis County, we are part of one of the best school systems in the state, along with being one of the most scenic cities around. We have been honored as a certified Scenic City for many years. The diversity of our greenery and park system, along with direct access to beautiful Lake Travis and our thriving golf and tennis community make Lakeway truly a special place to live. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve you, and for taking the time to enjoy the beauty in our city.
