Paying Your Bill
Overview
Statements are mailed quarterly - January, April, July, and October. Payments are due by the 20th of the month. A $10 late fee will be charged if payment is not received in the Solid Waste office by the end of the day on the 30th of the month.  A $30 fee will be charged to restart service that has been terminated for non-payment.

Credit Card
We can set up an automatic draft to a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. To activate auto draft, call the Solid Waste office at (512) 314-7514.  Have your credit card ready so you can relay the number, the expiration date, and billing address of the card.

For one-time credit card payments to your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, you can follow this link to use our online bill-pay option.  Processing fees totaling $2.75 will be added to your total amount due for this service.

Mail
A self-addressed envelope is enclosed in your quarterly statement. Payments may also be sent to City of Lakeway, 1102 Lohmans Crossing, Lakeway, TX  78734.  Please write your account number on the memo line of your check, and do not use staples or paperclips.

Drop Box
You can drop off your payments in the convenient box located on the median in the middle of the City Hall parking lot. This box is checked multiple times daily, and you can leave checks or money orders in it.

Payment Window
Our office is located inside City Hall at 1102 Lohmans Crossing.  You may come inside and pay in person with a check, money order, cash, or credit card. The payment window is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm  If the window is closed, please leave your payment in the drop box outside.

Bank Draft
We can also set up your quarterly payment to automatically draft directly out of your checking account. In order to set up this service for your account, please call the Solid Waste office at (512) 314-7514.  We will need your bank name, the routing number and your account number.
